Non-Deliverable Orders

If an order is returned to the manufacturer for reasons other than damage or approved returns—such as incorrect or undeliverable addresses, refusal of delivery, missed delivery appointments, or similar—the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.


Refunds

  • Orders that have not yet been shipped will be refunded in full, minus a 3% transaction processing fee.

  • For shipped orders, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt, except for items that are damaged. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.


Refund Processing Time

Once a return or exchange is approved and the product is successfully received, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days.


Warranty

Warranty claims must be submitted to the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship and vary by product and brand.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

  • If a product qualifies for a warranty claim, FitnMeet will assist in coordinating repairs or replacements with the manufacturer.


Exchanges

  • Personalized products (e.g., outdoor furniture, lighting) can only be exchanged for a different style or color prior to shipment.

  • If a product is shipped incorrectly due to a FitnMeet error, we will promptly exchange it for the correct item and cover return shipping, or issue store credit if preferred.


Damaged Items (In Transit)

  • We recommend signing for all shipments with “pending inspection” next to your signature. This ensures protection if the item is damaged during transit.

  • Any product received damaged must be reported within 72 hours. FitnMeet will then arrange a replacement of the same product promptly.


Small Items & Parcel Shipments

FitnMeet offers refunds for all small parcel-shipped items, including outdoor light bulb replacements and backyard accessories. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.


Return Label Process

  • If a refund or exchange is approved, FitnMeet will email an RMA label that you can print and attach to the returned package.

  • If electronic labels are not available, instructions will be provided.

  • All returns must be in new condition, identical to the original sale.
