Affiliate Terms of Use

As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of FitnMeet, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Please review this document carefully before enrolling in the FitnMeet Affiliate Program (“Program”) or promoting FitnMeet in any way.

Your participation in the Program is intended solely for the legal promotion of FitnMeet. Affiliates earn commissions on memberships or products purchased by users they refer through their own website or personal referrals.

By joining the FitnMeet Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full.

Application Approval

FitnMeet retains full discretion to approve or deny any affiliate application. Applicants have no legal recourse in the event of rejection.

Commission Terms

  • Commissions are paid monthly.

  • To qualify for a commission, the referred account must remain active for at least 31 days.

  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited; you will not earn commissions on your own accounts.

  • Commissions will only be paid on completed transactions. Refunds or chargebacks are excluded.

Termination Policy

FitnMeet may suspend or terminate your affiliate account under the following circumstances:

  • Use of misleading, false, or inappropriate advertising.

  • Spamming via email, forums, or other channels.

  • Promotion on sites associated with illegal activities.

  • Failure to disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law.

  • Infringement of FitnMeet intellectual property rights. License agreements may be required to use FitnMeet trademarks.

  • Offering commissions, rebates, or kickbacks as an incentive. Bundling products or adding bonuses is allowed.

  • Self-referrals or any fraudulent activity.

FitnMeet also reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

Affiliate Links

Affiliates may use text or graphic links on websites, emails, or approved marketing channels. Advertising in print media, classified ads, or magazines is also permitted.

You may use FitnMeet-provided graphics or create your own, provided they comply with the Program rules and termination guidelines.

Coupons and Deals

  • Only pre-approved affiliates may promote FitnMeet coupons or deals.

  • Misleading claims about discounts or coupons are strictly prohibited.

  • Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords related to FitnMeet coupons or discounts without written permission.

  • Pop-ups, pop-unders, or other automatic cookie-setting actions are not allowed unless the user explicitly clicks a clearly labeled link to access the deal.

  • Affiliate sites must clearly display deal or coupon details before setting cookies.

Violations of these rules will result in immediate removal from the Program.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy

PPC campaigns are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from FitnMeet.

Liability

FitnMeet is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost commissions or revenue due to tracking failures or database issues.

No warranties, expressed or implied, are provided for the Program or FitnMeet products. We do not guarantee error-free operation and are not liable for website interruptions or errors.

Agreement Term

This Agreement is effective upon acceptance into the Program and continues until your affiliate account is terminated.

FitnMeet may modify this Agreement at any time. If you disagree with changes, your sole option is to terminate your participation. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of all modifications.

Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold FitnMeet, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and authorized partners harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from Affiliate’s actions, including negligence, misrepresentation, or intentional misconduct.

Electronic Signature

By completing the FitnMeet affiliate application, you create an electronic signature that carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature. This confirms your acceptance of all terms in this Agreement.
